About Mage.
Mage is a Russian drum and bass producer and DJ whose work includes liquid funk as well as a broader club-focused repertoire. Known as Kirill, he began producing in 2004 and started DJing in 2008, developing his recording work before his career behind the decks.
His releases have appeared across labels including Fokuz, Celsius, Neuropunk, DeVice, and Simplify. The liquid side is represented by tracks such as Heat of the Night, included in Fokuz’s Source of Life collection. His own productions sit alongside collaborations, including work with Ryan Audley.
Alongside making records, Mage became manager of Kill Inc Drum & Bass in 2014 and helped develop Elephant Trunk from 2023.
His later recordings include Calling, Dependency, Running, and Lucid Desire.
