Sub Killaz is the drum and bass project of San Diego producer Sean Casey. His catalogue is rooted in jump-up and includes a sustained run of collaborations with Profile, with work appearing on labels including Serial Killaz and Low Down Deep.
The Sub Killaz & Friends III EP, released through Organized Grime Recordings in 2025, brought together collaborators including Sub Zero, Majistrate, Profile, Nu Elementz, Magenta, and Gum-B. Casey described a process lasting nearly two years, with the label helping to turn proposed pairings into finished music.
His work with Profile also draws on jungle and reggae references. Serial Killaz’s introduction to their joint release describes the reggae vocals, piano, and swinging breaks of Nah Time Fi Waste, alongside the bass riff and dub effects of Selecta. His artist channels continue that collaborative thread through releases, mixes, and shared bootlegs, including a Kool FM guest appearance on Profile’s Future Flava’s show.
