Behind the music
About Andromedik.
Andromedik is a Belgian drum and bass producer and DJ with a melodic dancefloor sound and a taste for big vocal hooks. His catalogue brings songwriters and singers into the centre of the music, alongside collaborations with Netsky and Kanine.
His early releases on Liquicity were gathered on Essence in 2021. He was careful about calling it an album: speaking in a 2022 interview, he described it as a collection tracing the development of his sound from 2018 to 2021, while an album written as a complete story remained something he wanted to make.
Ascension, released in October 2025, became his debut album. The two-year project includes Kanine, Netsky, A Little Sound, and Basstripper, bringing together the vocal and collaborative strands of his work. Away from the studio, his Andromedik Invites shows have grown into their own events, including an Antwerp Expo headline and stage hosting at Tomorrowland. The album also became the basis for a dedicated audiovisual live presentation.
