Behind the music
About Artino.
Artino is an Amsterdam-based drum and bass producer whose name is a play on Martijn. He cites Camo & Krooked and Dimension among his drum and bass inspirations, alongside a wider interest in artists including Bonobo and Tinlicker.
Vocal collaborations have been part of his catalogue since its early releases. The 2021 Ridmic single Never Let Me Go / Hall Of Fame paired him with Ruth Royall on the first track and Georgia Michel on the second. In 2024, he joined Jessee for Stay Focused, released by NCS.
The six-track Down I Go EP arrived through Liquicity in November 2025. It brought together the title track with imallryt and earlier singles including Bring The Rain with Jessee and Sam Welch, alongside recordings with SEM and Augustine David.
Those working partnerships continued into 2026. He teamed up with Genetics and Lottie Jones on At All Costs, while Janet Livv supplied the vocal on Cut Me Down. His releases beyond Liquicity include Perfect Stranger with Courtney Storm and the Cartoon collaboration Ultraviolet, both on Wobbles & Waffles.
