Behind the music
About FlashbackFm.
FlashbackFm is a drum and bass producer from Saint Petersburg whose releases sit on the liquid side of the genre. Collaborations with Archemy and Cnof run through the catalogue, alongside solo material for Soul Deep Recordings, Live History Records, and Liquid Brilliants.
The 2017 Had My Way release brought together solo work and tracks with Archemy, including Never Let Me Go. The latter received remixes from Paul SG and Jay Rome, and Cnof, on Digital Blus in 2019. Cnof and FlashbackFm also joined forces for Squeeze Me, released through Celsius Recordings in September 2018, with the label highlighting its soulful samples and crisp breaks.
FlashbackFm's connection with Liquid Brilliants continued with Sweet Love in 2025, a two-track release paired with Weekend. The label described the pair as soulful liquid funk.
