Itro

Itro is the musical project of Amsterdam-based producer, DJ and songwriter Kelvin Rowaan. Known for combining melodic songwriting with uplifting electronic production, his work spans house, future bass and drum and bass, reflecting a career built around experimentation and musical progression.

Initially gaining recognition through house music releases, Itro later expanded into future bass and drum and bass while maintaining a strong focus on melody and emotional musicality. His catalogue has accumulated millions of streams worldwide, helping establish him as a recognised name across multiple areas of electronic music.

Over the years, Itro has released music through labels including Liquicity and NCS, building a diverse body of work that balances club energy with accessible songwriting. His development as an artist has also seen him perform at Liquicity Festival, where he has appeared multiple times as both a producer and DJ.

His collaboration with Elvii on Backfire continues that evolution, pairing cinematic production, rolling drum and bass rhythms and vocal-led songwriting while maintaining the uplifting character that has become a consistent feature throughout his catalogue.
