About Mizeyesis.
Mizeyesis is an American jungle and drum and bass DJ, producer, and label founder whose work spans club nights, radio, and community organising. She made her DJ debut in 2004 and became a co-owner and U.S. lead of DNB Girls, alongside her involvement with New England Junglists.
Her first release was the Sea Jah EP with Skru on Hexagon Digital in April 2016. Later that year, she and AwakeFM released Convergence on Omni Music, pairing A Cadence in Time with Memories of a Distant Planet. Its atmospheric approach sits beside the jungle foundation of her work, with Seven Systems following through Faction Digital in 2017.
Her catalogue has since included music for Repertoire, YESKA Beatz, Monochrome Recordings, and Hangry Records. In 2026, Karma, featuring Elijah Divine, appeared through Patrol The Skies Music. She also founded AETHRCRRNT Music, extending her work into running an imprint.
Behind the decks, her history includes Rupture in London, Respect in Los Angeles, and Elements in Boston. She hosted The Aural Report on Jungletrain between 2011 and 2018, and has combined performance with education and advocacy, including mentoring through Girls Rock and lectures at MIT and Trinity College.
