Behind the music

About Temulent.

Temulent works at the harder edges of drum and bass, with a history tied to Ohm Resistance and its breakcore-focused offshoot Obliterati. The producer, Judson F. Snell, returned to the minimalism of older techstep after a hiatus.

He returned to Ohm Resistance in 2024. Announcing Demonologie: Chapter One in June, Temulent noted that his first tracks for the label had appeared 25 years earlier. Released on 28 June, the four-track EP moves between the harder approach of I Believe In Hell and A Place Of The Sick and the neurofunk direction the label identified in First Bullet and The Ladder Down. Temulent composed, produced, and engineered the release himself.

Earlier, his Nervosa label provided another outlet for his work, alongside releases associated with Mindocracy.
