DJ Hybrid runs Deep in the Jungle Records in Brighton, releasing different forms of jungle and bringing older approaches into contemporary club music. It operates alongside his harder drum and bass outlet, Audio Addict Records.
Hybrid’s Deeper Into The Jungle EP appears among the founder’s releases, with Conrad Subs, AKAS, and Kartoon also contributing to the catalogue. Remixes connect their work: Hybrid revisits AKAS’ Close Your Eyes, and AKAS supplies a version of Hybrid’s Soundboy Surrender.
