Myselor - Thoughts

Drum and Bass UK presents the channel premiere of Thoughts, one of the previously unheard tracks completing Myselor’s 20-track album Cosmic Expression on Evolution Chamber.

Released on 18 September, the album concludes a campaign that Myselor and Evolution Chamber have unfolded in stages. Four conceptual samplers introduced different parts of its narrative, moving from the patterns examined on Breaking Chains through change, perception, and the return to everyday experience on Break / Urban Pulse.

We first explored the project as Breaking Chains opened the album campaign. Myselor later discussed the personal experiences behind the record in our interview, In Conversation With Myselor: Everything Is Cosmic Expression.

Rather than treating its 20 tracks as isolated club productions, Myselor conceived Cosmic Expression as one continuous journey through transformation, identity, perception, and humanity’s relationship with the unknown. The album moves across drum and bass, neurofunk, breakbeats, dubstep, experimental electronics, and ambient passages without allowing one genre to dictate its wider shape.

Thoughts belongs to the final group of tracks completing that journey. It arrives alongside previously unheard material including Roots, Transition, Cosmic Expression (Prelude), Flux, Bewölkt, and Trust the Unknown, connecting the album’s earlier chapters to the complete statement Myselor originally intended.
