Aaron Jay founded Influence Records in 2008 to release the deeper side of drum and bass. His involvement with Swerve and interest in unreleased music helped shape the label’s beginnings. A relaunch in 2015 brought label manager J:Skeptik into the operation.
The catalogue includes Lynx, Bungle, Random Movement, and Flaco. Conrad Subs’ Breeze Block / Mists and Dunk’s Black Lung EP are further releases from a label rooted in Aaron Jay’s search for deeper music.
