Sinuous Records Released 24 October 2025

Dunk makes his debut on Sinuous Records with Danm / Ozark, a two-track release that underlines his reputation for stripped, bass-heavy drum and bass precision. Set for release on 27 October 2025, this Sinuous promo reinforces the label’s dedication to deep, minimal sonics that bridge technical control with club functionality.

First up, Danm rolls with intent. The track’s taut drum programming lays down a confident groove, layered with snarling mid-bass movement and flashes of sample manipulation that keep the rhythm shifting. It’s the kind of tune that rewards close listening—tight in construction but heavy enough to shake a system. Dunk balances grit and finesse throughout, letting the sub pressure breathe without ever cluttering the mix.

Ozark heads into darker territory. Where Danm feels warm and rolling, Ozark is stark and cold, powered by steely percussion and a surging low-end rumble. Its punchy drumline cuts clean through the mix, giving the bassline room to twist and evolve. Subtle effects and shifting textures add atmosphere without overcomplicating the minimal framework. The result is a lean, late-night roller that feels built for concrete rooms and warehouse systems.

This release also marks a new chapter for Sinuous Records, whose catalogue has long championed cutting-edge producers within the deeper, tech-driven end of the spectrum. By bringing in Dunk—a producer whose output consistently blends funk, tension, and raw precision—the label signals a forward-thinking direction that stays rooted in authentic underground craft.

Danm / Ozark is a study in restraint and groove, showcasing Dunk’s evolving sound while perfectly aligning with the Sinuous ethos. Both tracks pack enough weight for DJs yet carry the polish and progression that define quality minimal drum and bass. Expect these to feature heavily in late-night sets once they drop.
