FeyDer is a Russian jungle producer who founded Mashed Youths Records with Igit in 2010. The label became a home for his albums as well as music from other producers, with ragga vocals and carefully cut breaks running through much of its catalogue.
Released in 2013, Call of the Jungle brought together ten tracks, including Baby, Demo, and Protect Ya Neck. FeyDer also mastered the album, while Igit and Tanya G handled its artwork. That involvement in the finished release reflects how closely his production and the label were connected.
The third full-length album, Come Back, arrived in 2016 with a much wider circle of collaborators. Aaron Spectre, DJ K, and Riffz joined him on recordings, while the tracklist also included his remixes of Marcus Visionary and Steppa Style. Those are separate roles: working together on an original and reworking an existing tune.
In his notes, FeyDer described wanting to show how easily music could bring people together across borders. The album followed that idea through ragga jungle, rave, dubwise music, and experiments at other tempos. Jungle remained its foundation, with enough room for the guests to bring something of their own.
