Monument Banks is the drum & bass project of Ben Heraud, whose music has appeared on Fokuz Recordings and Four Corners Music. His collaborations include Simmer with Leo Wood and So Good with Kinsella, both part of the four-track Regents Canal EP released by Fokuz in April 2022. The label places that release in liquid territory, alongside the title track and Peach Tea.
Four Corners has provided another recurring home. Its December 2020 release 4CM030 brought together Leos Song, John Arne Rise, and True Friends, with Zero T reworking An Evening With. Later, Stay Snug Cut Rug included Red Light, featuring Autumn Wyld.
The project also has a visual history: filmmaker Joe Gallon made a time-lapse video for From Me in 2014. Heraud is based in Vancouver, Canada.
