T & Sugah and Zazu founded High Tea Music around drum and bass, melodic bass music, and developing talent. Releases such as T & Sugah’s Louder keep the founders’ own productions within that work, alongside opportunities for other artists.
The label also takes its music into clubs. Its 2022 collaboration with Subquake brought the founders and fellow artists together on an event line-up, connecting the records with a live setting. Sample packs and demo submissions form another part of High Tea’s work with producers, reaching beyond the finished releases.
