AC13 is a drum and bass producer whose music combines heavy bass work with melody and atmosphere. His catalogue has changed as he has explored those ingredients in different combinations, from the vocal-led single Visions to the heavier jump-up direction he described in 2025.
Visions, released through NCS in 2023, put his own vocals at the centre of the music. In a Ticket Fairy interview, he explained that he had been concentrating on singing since writing it, with the aim of eventually bringing those performances into a live setting. The release also connected him with a label he had listened to before he began making music himself.
In 2025 he described returning to a heavier, melodic form of jump-up. The change came with a renewed focus on producing music he wanted to make and giving the records enough time to develop. Work with REAPER under the Alpha Omega name added a separate collaborative project, distinct from the AC13 solo catalogue.
He also launched Alpha Circuit, with FAFO part of its opening activity. Discussing the label with Ticket Fairy, AC13 explained that he wanted to build it around artists and their wider musical development. It gave him a place to release music on his own terms, alongside the collaborative work and solo records already taking shape.
