Noisia founded Vision Recordings in Groningen in 2005, starting with an outlet for their own productions. The roster expanded to include Mefjus, IMANU, The Upbeats, and Machinedrum, taking the label beyond the trio’s releases.
Noisia’s album Closer brings several of those musical connections into their own work, with contributions from Skrillex, Camo & Krooked, and Phace. Neurofunk appears within the album’s collaborations, while the wider label also releases artists working outside drum and bass.
Amon Tobin, KOAN Sound, and EPROM appear alongside drum and bass contributors such as Waeys and Fre4knc. Vision’s radio platform presents music between releases, with records and other physical products available through its shop.
